I don't have one but five truths for you that will contraddict everything you thought you knew about weight loss!

1) You need to lose fat... not weight . If you lose weight and not fat, you lose mostly water. Instead of getting healthier... you are just getting dangerously dehydrated!

2) Low carb diets rob your body of energy.  Low fat diets make you fatter!  The only way to drop the fat is by eating the right foods... in the right amounts... and at the right time. It's really more simple than it sounds!

3) Long, boring cardio exercise is the worst way  to burn fat. You can burn five times more belly fat exercising just 45 minutes per week. Not per day... per week!

4) Celebrity-endorsed boxed food diets are expensive , and slow. That means you have to keep paying for months!

5) Starving yourself is not only stupid and dangerous... but it doesn't really work! Why go to bed hungry when there's a delicious way to “tickle your system” into burning fat  while you sleep the night away?

.Now that you know what not to do  if you ever want to be slim...

It's time for you to know what you must do to lose the fat right now ... and keep it off forever.........
